Separated at birth

jesseh Does this count as a fanart? Probably not, either way - meet Jessi, our forum moderator. She is posing in a fabulous beanie made by Fullmoonstar's talented mum. Let's all now take a minute to admire the international cooperation, strange orange beanie fascination and unusual determination of crazy internet people that gave birth to this photo (Why so many words in English end with -ation?).

Somebody in the nation had the determination to utilize their creation with enough organization to avoid making an abomination, but didn’t count on anyone having frustrations over the utilization of the suffix -ation. It’s as simple as that.

Cool beanie, by the way. ^^

Actually, any word in English that ends in -tion comes from French. About 40% of English is derived from the French language, interestingly. ;)

  • Rissarockinroo

love the beanie!! XD While looking at this silly beanie again, i noticed his eyebrows are the same orange color.. then i took a moment to imagine if that hat was actually a decorated braided hairdo.

Look at it. Its totally silly.

Yea Jessi! Model dat beanie and strut ur stuff girl friend :D .

  • Slipping Star

The stem “tion” is used to term a verb into a noun.  Instead of “being fascinated by beanies,” there is a “beanie fascination.”  Helps shorten things.  :3

  • Samedi

For the better facilitation of vexation. Why do you ask?

  • nostrils

we don’t need to see your nostrils
